AUSTRALIA'S campaign to get people to give up smoking is in need of an overhaul, a long-time anti-smoking campaigner says. The rate at which people quit smoking was only half that of 14 years ago, said Stephen Woodward, who was appointed the nation's first full-time anti-smoking lobbyist in 1980.
