City Playground Smoking Ban Now In Effect (WGAL.com)
HARRISBURG, Pa. — A ban on smoking at Harrisburg's 16 city-owned playgrounds is now in effect. City leaders say violators will not face the $50 fine until after signs are posted. The playground smoking ban is part of a larger proposal to stop smoking in all city-owned or leased buildings.
