Many students unaware of campus smoking policy (Daily Nebraskan)
People aren't allowed to smoke or use tobacco in the buildings of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, but that doesn't stop some of them from lighting up right outside the door. Since 2002, according to the university's Business and Finance Policies Web site, smoking outside of campus facilities is allowed as long as smokers are 10 feet away from the entrances.
