Va. man arrested in New Castle-area traffic stop (The News Journal)
A 28-year-old Virginia man was arrested this morning during a traffic stop on I-295 near New Castle in which police found a small amount of marijuana and $13,800 in suspected drug money. Delaware River and Bay Authority police charged Dennis A. Hammond, of Richmond, with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released in lieu of $1,000 bail.
