County passes smoking ordinance, exempts bars (Fort Wayne News-Sentinel)
Allen County smokers are still allowed to smoke in bars. This morning the Allen County commissioners passed a smoking ordinance that excludes establishments where the customer must be 21 or older. The amended ordinance also exempts bowling alleys from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday to Thursday, traditional league times.
