Peninsula Regional Medical Center is banning smoking from its property. This is great. Now let's see it be enforced. Wor-Wic Community College banned smoking from its doorways, but students still smoke there, especially at night. There is no enforcement.

EXPERTS WANT CIGS AGE RAISED TO 18 (Daily Record)
THE legal age of smoking should be raised to 18 to stop young people taking it up, a report for the Executive has found. Shops found to be repeatedly selling cigs to under-aged kids should be banned from stocking tobacco, the report urged.
