Albany - There was a time when you couldn't turn on the television without seeing a movie star, musician, even a news anchor lighting up on screen. Now, smoking has become a "dirty" habit. Some politicians want to see it outlawed altogether, and some smokers now feel like outcasts.

Baby-on-board smoking ban rejected by House (Evansville Courier & Press)
The Indiana House rejected legislation Wednesday that would ban smoking in passenger vehicles in which children under age 13 are present. House Bill 1337, authored by Rep. Charlie Brown, D-Gary, was rejected 51-43 on the House floor.
