
Quit smoking naturally?
I've had with my smoking, I've paired down to as little as 5 smokes a day unless in an environment social. I liked it, but now only makes me feel sick afterwards, and tired. I have no money to spend on expensive drugs and I think that patching Nicotine is not a good idea since they have the addictive quality to them. I want to quit but to do it naturally. Any suggestions?
Here's how I quited. Could work for you. I "fool" myself into thinking I was smoking. It is an oral fixation as well as an addiction nicotine. So I opened up a pencil and always felt smoking going to throw that for a bit. The momentum really intense and I will pass well for a while. It also replaces smoking food (probably not a good idea if your weight is also responsible). After a few weeks, calls for very bearable. I have been smoke free for God more than 7. Hope I helped. Edit: O Adam and I had similar techniques. Smoking is much more than nicotine. Remove the straw (or pen) and based on it, mimicing smoking helps a good deal. : D
