Has anyone tested the new smoking cessation pill, Chantix. I am having some horrible side effects from it
Nobody has had effects negative side of it – what were they? Has anyone else had side effects with this – what were they?
I took Chantix for 3 months (from last October). The only side effects were dreams that had rarely (and boy is strange), heartburn and trouble sleeping. Discomfort stomach started from day 1 and day 6 or less had gotten bad enough that I thought I would vomit every time I had a cigarette. Once I stopped smoking on day 8 stomach upset only kicks in about 30 minutes after taking medicine. After a time completely disappeared. The sleep problems also went after a week or so on the higher dose. After I was sleeping better than they would normally. I must say that I miss side effects! Good luck using Chantix. I've been smoke free since October!
