I do not know the method you are talking about BUT … told me to quit smoking during pregnancy can increase your blood pressure. But any day is a good day to quit. I went cold turkey when I found out I was pregnant with our daughter at 5 weeks pregnant and she is almost 1 and I havent had a smoke since. Good on you!
