im looking for effective ways to help someone quit.?
my mom has been smoking cigarettes since he was almost a boy .. and it is so unhealthy, that can hardly breath and cough that sounds nasty .. and she also has lung disease. more than anything .. I want her to quit because I fear that it will much longer. any suggestions or methods can provide or submit to it? thanks!
