Former smokers, how to quit please help!?
I've been smoking for 13 years and am only 24, I know this is bad, but never I wanted to quit before. Recently I have been very much I hated the smell of smoke, my clothes, my hair, so what I've been thinking this might be my time to quit! I am also trying to stop feeling so sluggish and change my eating! I have zero energy and my skin is gray and boring and I know that quitting smoking will help. I enjoy smoking and although I believe that my fall will not quiting as soon as I wake up first and what they do is have a cig! I have tried before and got 3 weeks, but as I said I missed smoking started again. I used the inhaler last time, but not use it much as I should, but are too expensive, so try to do at once. I'm in the UK to ring the support line of the NHS. Any advice? Is it better to cut first, or stop altogether? I have asked this question before, but not many replies!
With us having http://www.nosmokingday.org.uk/ day a Stop Smoking "yearly in the United Kingdom there is always much emphasis in March on what is probably the reason behind thinking that you "must" stop. It is March 11 this year. As a smoker I understand how they feel about stop and have also left in the past only to drink again. On the first logging …. This method works for some people but not others, but if you go "turkey cold "This could be the right path for you as you may be easier to reduce the amount of nicotine ingested before cutting in its entirety. The only problem with this course of action is most severe temptation to go over your daily ration of ciggies. I have stopped 'measure' ciggies today, but I still smoke bite and up far so good. Until yesterday I was smoking around 10-15 CIGS Tailor Made then go to the sting. You can, in effect, take in less nicotine smoke bite depending on how thicker than roll them. I roll mine fine so only take between 0.6 and 0.7 mg of nicotine Rolly each is much less than it receives from the inhaler. If you have asthma or have had in the past, I suggest you consult your doctor before stopping because it could affect your asthma or you can stop it again through detention as toxins, and so leave the body of my oldest daughter stopped a week ago and had to go back on medication for asthma. She had no problems with asthma since childhood, but you quit and come back! Everyone is different and stop is personal, what works for some may not work for others so I advice taking a look at the relationship see his first Grand Prix. Maybe this time next year we can both say we are now non-smoking …. or at least you can! Good luck with either method lol you use to quit smoking.
