I can be a STNA in Ohio misdomeaner if I have a drug charge on my record?

I met the man I'm getting married, and last year I stopped smoking marijuana. But before quitting, I was arrested for possession. I work at McDonalds, and really want a better job. Can I be a State Tested Nurses Assistant with a record? Do not even know if I can get it deleted because I plead guilty "because I figured I'd own it. Now I hear that can not be undone it unless you plead "not guilty". I've been clean for a year, did heroin or any of that shit, but even this area, since it is a drug charge? I'll be 24 this year and am ready to start doing something with my life.
