Why can not I quit?
I wanted to quit for a year. I tried the patch (works for 4 tapas days). Allen Carr book I read on (it worked better than the patch), but I can not stop smoking for good. I do "really" want to quit. I'm sad when smoke, and do not feel healthy. It's so frustrating that I just keep the lights when not really wanting more. I'm so sick of him and feel so stupid and weak I can not quit. Please do not write back telling me how stupid I am. I know some people can be very mean there. If you just want some useful advice. Any donors? thanks.
I'm in the same situation. The best thing I have done is to avoid places that usually smoke, bars, etc. .. and if that doesn't work, get one of your friends or all of them to break their cigarette if I ever see you. You will get very frustrated with him. but worth it. They could also try running, its tough to run for most people as a smoker and that hurt him so that he could persuade or leave it that way.
