OMG, Somebody Stop Me, Please!?

I am 32 weeks pregnant with my first baby and i'v gained around 20-22 pounds during the pregnancy. The thing is that the baby Currently 4 Books 11 oz! almost a kilo heavier then he has to be now so clearly that it does not need me stuffing my face, but for some reason i cannot stop! I've been eating constantly! I am struggling to control myself (which is weird because I had no appitite as 80% of time before I was pregnant, but might have to do with the fact that I smoked like a pack of about a day, but quit as soon as I got pregnant). How can I reduce my appitite a bit since my baby clearly does need more weight on me now?

Once you start eating a lot during pregnancy is difficult to stop. I know I've gained 50 pounds while pregnant, most of them in the second quarter but was not very hard to keep off. I was told to try to win from 1 to 2 pounds every two weeks, I was in my second, but did my best to balance in the third. It sounds like we have won too much weight, only concerned with the encouragement on weight after the baby gets here I stopped gaining weight in my third trimester drinking 8 glasses of water a day and when I wanted something to eat when not hungry just kind of boredom, I started eating fresh fruit. Instead of going to McDonalds and grabbing a burger on their way to a shop to produce and buy a copy of peaches or apples. Another good luck way to lose weight after the baby comes is going to walk on foot, and chest.
