I quit smoking 3 1 / 2 days and I'm havin ga bad day today?
I have left a couple of times before … 4 months once. This time I want it permanent. But today I'm dying for a cigarette. The last few times I left the second and third days were the worst. I can not leave my mind, no matter what I am doing. Please help encourage me somehow! I really appreciate the help! I've been a lot of chewing gum, but as friends of the call can not do that! I I smoke more on the phone at any time. I tried to scrapbook and I'm there, can not even concentrate to do it. Do not know why seems sooooooooooo much harder leaving this time.
