I want to quit, but …?
I've been a smoker for 17 years and I'm ready to go! I HATE cigarettes. I hate the smell, cost, risk … all about them. I also hate how I feel when I try to quit smoking. I'm anxious, nervous, irritable, angry, depressed, moody, emotional … entire range. I have tried gum, patches, fake cigarettes, all that happens before and probably did not work. I read about this product called CigArrest, which is supposed to help to quit in two weeks guaranteed. But … a source for ninety days. Why on Earth would need NINETY DAYS worth of something if it is guaranteed to leave smoking in two weeks? This seems to be another scam to me, so I'm coming here for help. Anyone know the best way to quit smoking? And do not tell me I have tried cold turkey ten dozen times and does not work.
I recommend cutting down gradually until your quit date. I did this. I cut packing medium. I did that for three months. I smoked for breath, not the cigarette. Take only the amount of nicotine that was needed to satisfy my desire to smoke and put the rest of the cigarette. After doing this for three months suddenly stopped. Now I'm going to eat more candy for distraction, but his condition 10 months. I called but did not last more than a second or two. If are more durable than that, then we are concentrating on the cigarette. Do not. Concentrate on something else.
