What are good ways to stop smoking cigarettes?
I quit smoking cigarettes bad, but its so hard. How can I quit? What is good advice? It would be a great idea John, only you can not smoke weed since I'm on probation
Switching to a cigarette electronic and possibly use to get used to being without nicotine while maintaining oral and hand to mouth part of the addiction and deal with chemical addiction on their own terms. That is my plan and its been working for 5 months to go. =) Smoked more than 30 years and after a fairly short learning curve, only IGC preferred electronically through CIGS real snuff. CIGS ended in her home while learning and then just never bought any cigarettes more. If it sounds like you'd like to try it – I would recommend learning about e-Cigs first so that you choose the right one for you and your habits. Check out vids on You Tube and read some forums that are sponsored by the brand so you can get unbiased information and not sales pitches. If you want to die, then just continue to smoke, and at least be happy.
