Do not smoke the first cigarette of the day. You can go a long time if you never fire until the smoke of the first day. Once you've fired the first that many more before proceeding. Just hold off the first as long as possible. Do this every morning extended the time the smoke the first five minutes every morning. Within a month will be a nonsmoker.
