Can a 14 year old girl buy a pipe, pipe or papers?
It's not like I'm actually buying and drugs as the substance that I'm smoking. If I just go to the gas station they sell it to be or is illegal? This is just out of curiosity, I stopped smoking .. It puts me in wayy too many problems. Also a friend told me that in Michigan, it is legal for a 16 years old to smoke cigarettes and a gas station can sell individual to anyone over 16. Is this true?
No. You must be 18 to buy paraphernalia.
