Do not quit cold turkey cause cold symptoms?
I'm 22 years old. I use to be a social smoker, when he refused to drink. No was common at all., I'm not for smoking, but if I had a few drinks and someone near me had a cigarette I ask for one. This July past, I started smoking clove cigarettes black. There would be about 3-4 packs a week. Last week, on September 14 and went cold turkey quitting. So I smoked for about 2 1 / 2 months. It's been a week since I have stopped smoking and have noticed that my left ear is a bit of filling and capping. Also the left side of the gorge is a some pain and my breasts are covered. Is this because I went cold turkey and my body is trying to return to normal? Has anyone experienced the same symptoms as me? Please let me know. I hope this is not something like throat cancer.
Sore throat is definitely normal, but I am unsure about your symptoms.
