I stopped a little over 4 months, the patches used at first after reading the same book as you. I smoked heavily for over 20 years and am absolutely delighted to be free smoke now. I just have to keep telling myself that I'm a breath away from a pack (and average) a day! Good luck with the arrest. I found that the more really useful book – so that the patches. xx
