Could anyone tell me some good ways to get fit?
My friend Zack Wii fit board told me my Wii age twenty-eight. I'm seventeen years. I decided to stop smoking and start eating healthier. I have also decided to start running after school on a jogging track standard in which four laps is a mile. The first week I'm going to make a turn per day. The next week I will do two laps per day. The third week of three laps and so on. I have also decided to take yoga. I was introduced to the Board of Yoga Wii fit and I loved it. I have never been so focused and calm in my life. My question is, does anyone have any suggestions as to how I could improve my fitness?
Walking is a good starting point. you may not want to start racing right off the bat, because you must build your endurance first. you can walk two blocks and then run, and only maintain that pattern. squats and push-ups are always good, just make sure you're doing well. quality, not quantity
