I migraines when trying to quit smoking: (?
I will try to quit, really, in September. I'm in high school, and unfortunately was dumb and started smoking very young and now I'm addicted. Pretty bad. But when trying to quit smoking again, I have some reassurance and help, because I very bad migraines these and get really mean when I need a cigarette. Help. I have no wish to die of cancer or a parent being hypocrites who smokes and complains when their children do. Please, please DO NOT lecture me on smoking in adolescents. I'm not proud and at least I'm trying.
I left after 14 years and several attempts … and it was horrible! I will pray for you =) I have half as well. As a bit crazy. Just breathe deep and push through it. Its only temporary and the end result deserves worthwhile. My worst times were 3 days there, after 1 week and 3 weeks later. (Do not know why, but these are the moments when the anxiety, pain head and meanness returned full force.) Good luck .. YOU CAN DO IT!
