Are zero nicotine E Cigarettes a good alternative?
I recently quit smoking (been smoking for a little over a year left .. for a month in between), but still have a sort of oral fixation if you will. Nicotine do not think I'm really addicted to the already … but rather "the act of smoking" … http://www.e-cig.org/ I find this type of e-smoking vaporize a liquid propylene glycol and allow you to "smoke" without any combustion rate and therefore involved no harm to the lungs .. that seem to be offering a zero solution nicotine addiction so not real, either … Then, Could this be the end of my problem? Or are there other risks involved?
Anything that requires you to inhale the carbon dioxide is bad. But I think to spend their money on packets of E-smoke is a good alternative. Investing in something that will be worth your pleasure instead of for now. And since no additive shall not be addicted to it and you will not "come back for more" so you do not really understand what it means to be "… at the end of their problem."
