Can anyone give me some tips and advice on how to beat this?

I'm changing my diet drastically because I'm worried about my health. Every day at about 7, I crack open a few cans of alcohol (I'm giving a drink in total). I am a smoker and smoke about 20 cigarettes a day (I'm from quit) I'm giving everything caffeine and sugar I'm becoming a vegetarian. All this is happening on Monday. Can anyone give me some tips and advice on how to beat this?

Wow, Jim, do not try to get through caffeine withdrawals on top of the withdrawal of nicotine … Smart thinking on his part to leave the alcohol and CIGS … you can cut the rest, but do not need to go cold turkey on them?! Make sure you are replacing his "drinking time" with "exercise time" in a way that will not have those extra kilos quitting to worry! Moreover, way you eat fewer calories / day of alcohol, because no (very fattening). I do not think that was due or gain weight at all. And you probably will lose weight, especially if you are doing the exercise on top of fewer calories in your daily diet of no alcohol! =) Again, best for you and everyone else take this very good and healthy change for yourself! =)
