by admin on July 14, 2008

I need advice to keep the weight off. I recently quit smoking and now I'm starting to fly!?

I'm 19 years old approx. 5'9 ". Two years ago, weighed in at 218 pounds. I was happy with myself and my appearance, so he began to work regularly. My workouts are a hit 8 months later, weighed 160 pounds. Now I'm starting to gain weight quickly. I recently quit smoking (I've heard this can cause weight gain) and the last month and a half I put in 15 to 20 lbs. I am worried because when I lost 60 pounds last ran 2 to 3km. every day. As a consequence had to undergo knee surgery 3 months ago. Doc said it should not run anymore. But I was young and foolish, I was stubborn. I kept running and this last time my knee was throbing with pain. I have accepted the act is carried out of the question now. So now I am gaining weight I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO GET RID weight without running. Thanks for any help or suggestions you may be able to offer. ~ Adam
