
Quitting smoking cold turkey a week ago.?
I quit smoking a week ago in dry, but now I can not fall a sleep I'm not tired at all. For an example I went to bed last night 1 am and woke right back up at 5:30 am and now here it is again 1:45 and sleep I cannot for some reason. I've never had this problem before quitting. Everything indicates why this is happening and what could be capable of. I have tried Tylenol PM and its not working as you can see, but thanks. I'd love a cigarette, but the scene I've gone this far without having a mind of I and hang in there:)
hi mommaoftwo First congratulations on quitting smoking .. it's a great thing, and you made it through what they call it hell week .. in reality most people just want sleep when they quit .. in fact, nicotine is a stimulant, for what happens when people sleep .. insomnia while uncommon, is also prevalent ..
